Something keeps getting in your way of being able to let go and live in the present. It might be your unrelenting standards or sense of self-sacrifice, but it just seems like you will never be free to be totally you.
You feel irritable; on edge. Maybe it’s anxiety, depression or old hurts, or maybe it is just the way you’re wired, but you are sick and tired of old stuff getting in the way of enjoying life right now.
Worrying about tomorrow messes with your sleep and you lose all ability to concentrate and focus. You beat yourself up over things that don’t even really matter. I know. I’ve been there. Your story matters and I’ll help you make changes that will stick so you can reclaim your own headspace!

My specialties include working with college students and adults navigating life transitions - all the stuff that flares up during life’s challenges. I will work to help you through Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Substance Abuse issues. We will identify and try placing the boundaries none of us really learned, so you can relax and enjoy your relationships.
I’m here to show you how to grow without being so hard on yourself. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Whether you are challenged with abandonment, betrayal, or rejection, I will help you create more helpful ways of thinking. You can trust me to be there for you helping with more coping skills, aha moments, and non-judgy connection. If you are too influenced by some yuck from your past, we can use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you go from stuck to gaining some traction in making the changes you want.
My clients experience change in their personal, professional and school lives, moving from overwhelm to releasing the self-expectations, guilt and shame.
